BioTalentum is a Gödöllő-based life science research company working on applied cell and molecular biology projects for academic and industry partners.

What you will work on
Depending on your background and interests, your tasks may include:
- Performing cell culture–based experiments (including stem cell–derived models)
- Supporting molecular biology workflows (RNA/DNA work, qPCR, basic QC)
- Following and adapting established protocols, with guidance
- Documenting experiments clearly and reproducibly
- Participating in data interpretation and internal discussions
- Gradually taking ownership of defined experimental tasks or sub-projects
This is a hands-on role: most of your time will be spent in the lab or directly connected to experimental work.
We are looking for someone who
- Holds a BSc or MSc degree (or is close to completion) in biology, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, or a related field
- Has basic laboratory experience (academic lab experience is sufficient)
- Is comfortable with learning new techniques and asking questions
- Works precisely and responsibly, even with repetitive tasks
- Can communicate openly when something is unclear or not working
- Is interested in applied research, not only purely academic output
Nice to have (but not required)
- Experience with mammalian cell culture or stem cell systems
- Basic familiarity with molecular biology methods (qPCR, RNA work)
- Exposure to data analysis, documentation, or SOP-based work
- Interest in translational, preclinical, or industry-oriented research
