We consider communicating research results extremely important. We use a great variety of communication channels to reach out: We offer public talks, university lectures, interviews in the mainstream media, and news and posts in the social media. Our target groups include students, patients, caregivers, clinicians, industry representatives, policy makers and the general public. The annual event entitled, “European Researchers’ Night” is of special relevance: it presents an opportunity to showcase our results and to show the fascinating world of science to the public in a creative and entertaining manner. We produce videos or come out with spectacular experiments, depending on whether participation takes online or offline format. From time to time, we also participate in projects whose main goal is make science education and research careers attractive for young people (link to SciChallenge) or to communicate research results (link to EuroGCT).
